Healing Roots was created as a space for deep, relational care—rooted in cultural awareness, compassion, and decolonial ways of healing. Here, we move slowly and intentionally, tending to trauma with gentleness while honoring your inherent strength, wisdom, and capacity for repair.
At Healing Roots, you are welcomed as your whole self. Your story, your lineage, your nervous system, and your lived experiences are all held with care. We understand healing not as something to “fix,” but as a non-linear process of remembering, releasing, and returning to self.
Through a blend of trauma-informed therapy, yoga, somatic and holistic practices, we support regulation, resilience, and deeper connection—to your body, your inner knowing, and the communities that sustain you. This is a space to soften, to listen inward, and to reclaim parts of yourself that may have been quieted along the way—so you can live with more presence, agency, and wholeness.
Healing Roots is a space for those seeking connection, healing, and authenticity. I hold a special commitment to supporting individuals and communities who are often underserved in traditional wellness and therapy spaces, including BIPOC, LGBTQ+, trauma survivors, and those navigating intergenerational or cultural wounds.
